The U.S. District Court in D.C. will hear the case of the Cyclorama Center this Thursday, October 30th, at 10:30 a.m. It is open to the public. More information is posted on my website at www.mission66.com/cyclorama. The lawsuit was filed by the Recent Past Preservation Network, Dion Neutra, and Christine Madrid French against John Latschar, the NPS, and the U.S. Department of the Interior. Plaintiffs allege multiple violations of NEPA and NHPA in the park decision to remove the 1961 National Register-eligible building from the battlefield.
